Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced software architect to lead design and modernization of enterprise applications in Columbus. You will own technical delivery, drive architecture decisions, and mentor multiple engineering teams across a global stakeholder network.

Responsibilities include defining deployment strategies, security, scalability, and performance while guiding the SDLC and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with React.js/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot and Python.
• Strong AWS knowledge and serverless/container skills.
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CFN).
• Microservices, event-driven design and DDD fundamentals.
• Kafka, MuleSoft, ESB or similar integration platforms.
• RDBMS, SQL, data normalization and secure-by-design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, modernization and support of enterprise apps.
• Own technical delivery and architecture of mission-critical apps, including L3/L4 support.
• Design scalable, secure cloud solutions using microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Define architecture, deployment strategy and non-functional requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive production improvements.
• Enforce standards and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
