• Equip the team with tooling and processes for smooth execution and craft long-term roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive full end-to-end program delivery from planning through release, coordinating with stakeholders to define scope and milestones.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner teams to enable growth and success.
