Core Responsibilities

Compliance & Standards: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure all cloud architectures and operations align with company SOPs and regulatory security requirements.

Data Integrity & Systems Analytics: Perform accurate configurations and monitoring in cloud/DevOps platforms, leveraging data modeling and telemetry to track KPIs (uptime, latency, resource utilization).

Risk & Monitoring: Monitor system reliability and service disruptions, promptly escalating risks and security bottlenecks to relevant stakeholders and platform providers.

Quality & Process Optimization: Author and maintain standard operational reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and internal/external infrastructure audits.

Liaison & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for external cloud service providers, platform vendors, and internal cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Required).

Experience: 0–5 years of experience in cloud administration, DevOps, systems engineering, or IT operations planning.

Technical Skills (Required):

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles, architecture, and resource provisioning.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code or monitoring tools (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Power BI, CloudWatch).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and network security protocols.

Excellent documentation, system logging, and data-driven technical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification (or eligibility) for AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or GCP Cloud Engineer.

Experience with cost optimization, cloud security, and automated deployment modeling.
