Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games is seeking a Manager, Cloud Engineering Lead to drive Google Cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and identity architectures. You will collaborate with security, architecture, and applications teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions and governance.

The role emphasizes Entra-based IAM, SSO, and SaaS security hardening, with onsite work in Downtown Los Angeles and a strong emphasis on operational readiness and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years building cloud infrastructure and enterprise API integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Zero Trust architecture, SaaS security.
• Certifications in GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred; ITIL is a plus.
• Strong automation and IAM/workflow automation capabilities.
• Onsite in Downtown Los Angeles; office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
• Develop and manage complex API integrations between enterprise systems and SaaS.
• Support IAM tasks: Entra app registrations, SSO, and identity automation.
• Establish SaaS and platform hardening in collaboration with Cyber Security.
• Define cloud integration strategies aligned with security policies.
• Lead technical integration work across Architecture, Security, IAM, Applications and Operations.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and data-flow diagrams for governance.
• Ensure secure, scalable integrations and monitoring across systems.
