Job summary

SHR Consulting Group is seeking a Cloud Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will shape cloud strategy, mentor teams, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure to support growth.

We require 10+ years in cloud computing, strong IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Python), and deep knowledge of FedRAMP High, NIST, and related standards. A Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field and relevant security certs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Advanced cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security certs (CISSP/CCSP/Security+).

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture and IaC initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Mentor technical teams and drive best practices in cloud security and compliance.
• Collaborate with CSPs to influence roadmaps and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain Terraform, Ansible, and Python-based IaC.
• Oversee FedRAMP High, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and DHS 4300A compliance efforts.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline architecture and DevOps processes.
• Analyze system performance and lead incident resolutions.
