Momentec Brands is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

This role requires expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and maintain scalable solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to optimize cloud applications, ensure security and compliance,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS.
• Experience architecting solutions leveraging Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of the five pillars of a well-architected framework.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core and Node.js frameworks.
• Experience in database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, quality analysts, and subject matter experts.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of AWS serverless platforms.
• Preferred knowledge of Big Data services and languages such as Glue, DMS, Python, and Spark.
• Familiarity with web services, API, REST, and RPC.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps; experience with AWS integration is a plus.

• Troubleshoot incidents by identifying root causes, resolving issues, documenting problems, and implementing preventive measures.
• Monitor cloud expenditure, mentor engineers on cost optimization best practices, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Educate and train teams on new cloud-based initiatives and implementations.
• Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to proactively address issues before they impact business productivity.
