Qualifications

• 3+ years of network or cloud management experience in a technical support role, including design, implementation, disaster recovery, and engineering.
• Proven ability to provide automation solutions using PowerShell, Python and JSON.
• Assist in short-term and long-term network architecture planning to meet business requirements for cloud consumption.
• Consistently provide high quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with peers and team; demonstrate tenacity and motivation for results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS/AZURE solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and QA.
• Maintain documentation to meet operations and business continuity requirements, including system topologies and operating instructions.
• Create and implement automation for cloud platform solutions; ensure performance and capacity standards.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix problems, and document preventive measures with focus on security and governance.
• Partner with business units to evaluate and drive adoption of new cloud capabilities and related tools.
