Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and operating cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services and architectures.
• Strong Windows Server administration and enterprise IT operations.
• Disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and security hardening.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and guide junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex IT projects from initiation to completion using cloud platforms and on-prem resources.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, server deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze performance and optimize infrastructure.
• Deploy and support web servers, certificate management, and services configuration.
• Implement security hardening, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors for infrastructure upgrades and reliability.
• Lead deployment processes with version control and rollback readiness.
