We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer (Developer Experience) who thrives in modern cloud environments and enjoys building scalable infrastructure, automation, and developer enablement solutions.

What You'll Do
- Design and maintain scalable Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt
- Build standardized Terragrunt directory structures across accounts, regions, and environments
- Refactor and migrate legacy Terraform environments while minimizing downtime and infrastructure drift
- Develop secure multi-account and multi-cloud deployments utilizing RBAC and least-privilege access models
- Implement DRY principles using Terragrunt and Kubernetes configuration management tools
- Manage Kubernetes deployments across multiple cloud providers and environments
- Improve developer workflows through automation, CI/CD, and GitOps best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps, Architecture, Security, and Engineering teams on cloud initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and automation challenges
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Terragrunt
- GitOps experience utilizing GitHub Actions (self-hosted runners preferred)
- CI/CD experience (Jenkins experience is a plus)
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or cloud security best practices
- Programming experience in Go (Golang), Python, or similar languages
- Experience with cloud-init and Linux automation
- Experience integrating developer tools such as Slack, Jira, bots, or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with distributed teams across multiple time zones
Preferred Experience
- Kubernetes configuration tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Jsonnet, or Tanka
- Cloud performance optimization and monitoring
- Project coordination and ownership of technical initiatives

Compensation
