Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Colorado Springs to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and on-prem VM provisioning. The role requires cloud experience across multiple providers, IaC skills, and a strong security mindset.

You will work with Windows and Linux environments, contribute to automation pipelines, and ensure scalable, secure cloud architectures aligned with program needs. Onsite work with travel as needed and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, or Oracle.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of networking, security practices, and cloud patterns.
• Containerization/orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
