Job summary

Red Arch Solutions seeks a robust Cloud DevOps Engineer to engineer, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure for an enterprise data modernization initiative at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role operates in a fast-paced Agile framework, building automated pipelines and managing containerized infrastructure to ensure availability and security across environments.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
16+ years of DoD/IC cloud or systems experience; BS can substitute 4 years.
Proven Linux-based cloud infra management with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and CI/CD tooling.
Must maintain DoD 8570 compliance (e.g., Security+ CE).

Responsibilities

Environment management for secure development, test, and production environments.
Implement and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines with agency-approved tools.
Support a modern tech stack including Oracle, NiFi, Python, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitLab, OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Design and execute disaster recovery plans with RTO <4 hours and RPO <1 hour.
Establish automated system monitoring and alerting for outages and performance issues.
