Job summary

TransUnion LLC in Chicago is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. This hybrid role requires regular in-person collaboration at a TU office location for at least two days a week.

You will oversee AWS/EKS environments, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation, with monitoring via Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, SRE or related fields.
• 8+ years experience with AWS services and large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and configuration management (Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and implementation of cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Lead design, deployment, and management of large Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security checks.
• Establish IaC frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with software teams to integrate DevOps into SDLC.
