Qualifications

• BS/BA in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of cloud or technology services and leading a technical team's day-to-day execution.
• People management experience including recruiting, performance management, and mentoring engineers.
• Experience leading cloud engineering, DevOps, modernization, or related initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight for your team by delegating tasks, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of cloud DevOps services.
• Oversee your team’s service catalog, identify customer demands, own the technical strategy, and align execution with the vision.
• Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters for transparent project timelines, resource requirements, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver new services and ways of working to meet future customer demands.
• Oversee personnel management including recruitment, performance management, training, and mentoring for all team members.
• Provide incident oversight and ensure effective communication with stakeholders during incident handling and after-action reporting.
