You will mentor diverse cohorts, coach for industry certifications, and align curricula with market needs while maintaining elite instructional standards.

Formación

The Role & Scope

This is a 100% remote position open to top-tier international cloud and DevOps professionals capable of delivering elite training to our diverse cohorts. This hands-on, practitioner-focused program bridges infrastructure automation, containerization, and CI/CD excellence with the rapidly evolving landscape of modern cloud operations and platform engineering.

What You'll Lead

• Core Cloud & DevOps Instruction: Deliver engaging online lectures and real-world lab sessions covering Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code, Container Orchestration, CI/CD Pipelines, Monitoring & Observability, and DevOps Best Practices.
• Multi-Cloud Mastery: Integrate content across AWS, Azure, and GCP, equipping students with transferable cloud platform expertise and practical hands-on experience.
• Lab-Based Mentorship: Guide students through production-like scenarios using industry staples: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and cloud-native databases.
• Certification Coaching: Support adult learners preparing for critical industry benchmarks (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, AZ-104, AZ-305, Kubernetes CKA, Terraform Associate, Linux+).

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional industry experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Administration, plus 1+ years of training or mentoring experience.
• Instructional Capability: Demonstrated ability to deliver lab-based instruction to adult learners (submission of 3 recorded sample classes may be required during evaluation).
• Language: Elite, fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Tech Stack Proficiency

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (hands-on production experience required)
• Concepts: Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD/CD Pipelines, Microservices Architecture, Container Security, Infrastructure Monitoring, Infrastructure Logging, Disaster Recovery
• Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows administration; shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell)

Preferred but Not Required

• Active industry certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer, AZ-104, AZ-305, CKA, Terraform Associate, Linux+).
• Experience with serverless architectures and Function-as-a-Service (Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions).
• Familiarity with GitOps, eBPF, or FinOps practices.
• Background teaching or training in accelerated bootcamp environments.
