Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Engineer to deliver simple solutions to complex problems for USSOCOM at Fort Liberty, NC.

You will tailor cutting-edge cloud and DevOps solutions, ensuring user-centric outcomes while growing through challenging engineering tasks and collaboration with agile teams. On-site role with Top Secret/SCI readiness requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT and/or software experience.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II required (Level III preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience in agile development teams and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security hardening and DISA STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate distributed cloud services.
• Automate installation, configuration, and maintenance of platform services.
• Guide software releases and support users through deployments.
• Ensure system security and reliability; troubleshoot and optimize.
