Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based systems using IaC and automation across AWS environments. Qualifications

• 5 years of Linux system and/or network administration experience
• 3 years of cloud experience (AWS or similar)
• 3 years of automation/scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• 3 years with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• 3 years implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• 2 years implementing Linux security controls (encryption, access management)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher or DoD 8140 equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud-based systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Build, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud-native applications in AWS
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Create automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, and FedRAMP
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the lifecycle
• Implement and maintain IAM, encryption, and network security controls
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of apps/services
• Work with various cloud-native tools while maintaining security
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack
