Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Data Warehouse Technical Lead to drive design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise data warehousing solutions. You will lead technical design, mentor team members, and partner with business stakeholders while hands-on in data engineering, performance optimization, and production support—hybrid work in Austin or Fort Mill.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering/warehousing, strong Snowflake and cloud experience, and advanced SQL

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
5+ years hands-on with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
Advanced SQL development, optimization, debugging and data validation.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data models.
Drive cloud-native data solutions using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, MWAA, Redshift).
Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders; ensure data quality and governance.
