Job summary

Reltio, an SAP Company, seeks an Associate Customer Engineer to provide expert technical support and mentor other engineers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study.
• Programming in Python and Java; solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• Two or more internships during undergrad/grad studies.
• Willingness to obtain certifications to demonstrate learning.
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills; curiosity to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Handle highly complex technical problems including configuration, workflow compilation, lambda code debug, integration and JSON knowledge.
• Resolve customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
• Provide independent methods and evaluation criteria for prompt resolution of issues.
• Deliver high-quality customer engineering assistance to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as SME in multiple product features to support a growing business at scale.
• Attend client meetings to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose problems.
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge base and communities.
• Participate in rapid response teams with engineering and DevOps as the customer face.
