EY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and implementing complex cloud analytics solutions for diverse clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable data architecture and drive delivery across cloud platforms.

You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets while staying current with cloud analytics trends. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in data engineering with cloud data solutions and analytics.
Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on client management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across processes.
Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, identify opportunities for additional services.
Manage resource plans and budgets while overseeing engagement economics.
