Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. You will assemble and transform large datasets using AWS and Databricks, design relational models, and ensure performance and reliability of the data platform.

Collaboration with the data engineering team and strong coding practices are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of SQL experience, Python for data tasks, and familiarity with Databricks notebooks, jobs, and Delta tables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT with Databricks experience.
• 2+ years SQL with relational databases; performance tuning.
• Python for data processing or pipeline development.
• Databricks basics (Spark, notebooks, jobs, Delta tables).
• Git version control in a team environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Customer-focused with data-solution delivery focus.
• Digital media or ad-tech data experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Assemble, transform, and manage large datasets using cloud tools (AWS, Databricks) and SQL.
• Model relational data structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of data platform.
• Collaborate on performance tuning, query optimization, and code quality.
• Develop data workflows in Databricks: notebooks, jobs, orchestration.
• Use Git to manage code and support CI/CD workflows.
• Estimate and plan development work; deliver on schedule.
• Create clear technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and production incident support.
