Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure and Snowflake. The role supports Advanced Analytics with reliable, high-quality data for analytics, reporting, and ML initiatives.

You'll optimize data workflows, implement governance, and collaborate with data scientists and business teams to deliver reusable data assets and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and performance tuning.
• Expertise in SQL and programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and best practices for data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Infra as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), and DevOps.
• Understanding of data governance, security principles, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Develop batch and real-time pipelines for reporting and AI/ML apps.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and metadata/documentation integrity.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
