Job Overview

At PwC, our data and analytics engineering team leverages advanced technologies to design and develop data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making and business growth. As a Cloud Data & Analytics Engineer - Senior Manager, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure, developing data pipelines, and managing data integration and transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology workstreams within larger projects, managing client expectations and identifying additional opportunities.
• Assess client requirements and incorporate leading-edge technology solutions into project delivery.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through thorough quality assurance checks.
• Manage workstream financials to align with project objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying technological challenges and proposing solutions.
• Research emerging trends and incorporate modern cloud-based technologies into solutions.
• Lead and coach teams, fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive environment.
• Make strategic decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold professional standards and PwC’s code of conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Certification in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks (preferred)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Azure, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Spark, Python/SQL
• Experience leading technology efforts in cloud environments
• Strong client management and technical leadership skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, containers (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus

Additional Information

• Location: Albany, NY or remote
• Travel: Up to 80%
• Salary Range: $130,000 - $256,000 plus bonus
