Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Cloud Cyber Engineer to support Makalu contract. You will integrate as part of a fast-paced agile software development team, focusing on cloud security, information systems, and continuous monitoring.

The role requires strong understanding of software development, system administration, networking, and holistic security, including zero-trust architectures for multi-release environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, systems engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years without related degree).
• Understanding of IA principles and organizational requirements.
• Experience with DoD/IC System Security controls.
• Familiarity with information security systems engineering and IT security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review audit logs and create mitigation plans.
• Use forensic tools for attack reconstructions to fix vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to manage data connections, certificates, and firewall requests.
• Apply cloud, network, and security best practices to meet goals while minimizing risk.
• Implement and improve DevSecOps processes in Linux/Cloud development environments.
• Assist in prioritizing requirements based on risk and mission needs.
• Architect security infrastructure to protect against cyber attacks and support secure missions.
• Provide ISO guidance and interpretation of security requirements.
