Five9 seeks a Professional Services consultant to configure and optimize our cloud call center software for diverse customers. You will lead setup, training, and troubleshooting—working remotely and on-site as needed—to ensure successful deployments.

You will articulate value to customers and prospects, while collaborating with internal teams. Travel up to 5–10% regionally with possible international trips is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years consulting experience in cloud/telephony.
• Experience implementing VoIP or TDM call center solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 5–10% regionally with possible international travel.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide customers with configuration advice, training, and problem resolution during setup.
• Design and configure Five9's platform for each customer's requirements.
• Troubleshoot software configurations in diverse environments, remotely or on-site.
• Deliver customized training so customers understand the solutions.
• Demonstrate value of Five9 Professional Services to customers and prospects.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
