Job Description

As a Cloud Consultant with solution architecture expertise, you will support customers during presales and delivery phases in developing and implementing modern cloud solutions. You should have in-depth technical expertise in AWS and at least one other hyperscaler (Azure or GCP). Your responsibilities include designing innovative architectures, executing cloud migrations, and supporting customers strategically and operationally on their cloud journey.

Presales & Consulting

• Conduct technical workshops and consult on cloud strategies and migration scenarios
• Create and present technical solution concepts, proposals, and PoCs
• Support sales with opportunity qualification and proposal development
• Build trusting relationships with technical stakeholders

Delivery & Implementation

• Plan and execute cloud migrations (public/hybrid)
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Design secure, scalable architectures considering governance, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Implement DevOps practices including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge Transfer & Innovation

• Coach internal teams and contribute to the development of our cloud offerings
• Create thought leadership content (blogs, talks, whitepapers)
• Participate in our cloud community and innovation initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS + Azure or GCP)
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud architecture, migration, and automation, documented by a Solution Architect certification
• Practical experience with Terraform, CI/CD, scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Experience in customer contact, presales, or consulting roles
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Git, and agile methods
• Fluent in German and English
