Job summary

You will manage multiple projects, balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking, including opportunities in Chicago, IL and Reston, VA.

The role partners with GTM teams to drive profitable growth, perform cost analyses, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company.
• Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting for cost of sales and non-payroll OpEx with alignment to objectives; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate investment requests via financial modeling and risk assessment; provide recommendations to optimize resources and ROI.
• Serve as strategic financial advisor to GTM leadership; translate data into actionable insights for growth.
