Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager for CloudHealth, focusing on expanding MSPs, CSPs, VARs and SIs across North America. Lead a field sales team, recruit partners, and drive revenue growth while aligning with global go-to-market strategies.

You will report to the Head of Sales North America and collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver revenue and operating income growth in a fast-moving FinOps environment.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software/SaaS/cloud channel sales leadership with quota attainment.
• Experience leading teams focused on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud ecosystems.
• Strong recruiter/coach abilities to develop sales talent and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Coach reports through hands-on support and feedback.
• Participate in opportunity management leveraging MEDDPICC methodology.
• Build relationships with prospects and active partners to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales efficiency and processes.
• Monitor pipeline health and KPI trends; take corrective action when needed.
• Document client details and sales cycles in Salesforce CRM.
• Communicate quotas and compensation plans to direct reports.
