The Position

We seek a Cloud Business Data Analyst to support BI and Data warehousing initiatives for our Financial Services clients. Responsibilities include data analysis, profiling, mapping, SQL view development, and Python coding. Proficiency in interpreting complex data, trends, and patterns, as well as experience with data models, databases, and reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI, are essential.

The role involves working closely with business and technical teams, understanding requirements, and collaborating on projects. This position is fully remote if preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert in Collibra and complex SQL
• Understanding of Azure cloud platform
• Experience with Collibra (1-3 years)
• Fluent in Python
• Financial Services domain expertise, especially with Banks and Credit Unions
• Positive, eager to learn, and driven
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with databases like Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Data Lakes/Warehousing projects
• Client relationship management skills
• Ability to interpret detailed requirements and develop project plans
• Proficiency in developing use cases, workflows, and data migration strategies
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration
• Discretion in handling confidential information
