The Ideal Candidate

The Data Analyst should be an experienced TM1 modeler who will lead the design, development, and optimization of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in TM1, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient TM1 models, ensuring high performance and usability.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Design, build, and maintain robust TM1/Planning Analytics models and solutions.
• Lead planning and implementation of TM1 applications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize TM1 cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and analysts.

Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have

• 4+ years' experience in TM1 and PAW, PAfE and TM1Web design, development and production readiness for medium to large implementations.
• 2 to 5 years' experience of SQL and additional querying on big data systems.
• 2 to 5 years' experience of reporting/dashboarding on modern analytical systems like IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc. is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• On-call duty required.
• Some travel may be required.
