Job summary

Four Points Technology, LLC is seeking a Cloud Billing Analyst to manage monthly billing, usage reporting, and funding balances for government and commercial customers. You will interact with customers, partners, and internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Ongoing training on security and cloud concepts is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or cloud services.
• Cloud offerings, contracts management, and program management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect CSP invoice documents and detailed billing reports as needed.
• Verify CSP charges and resolve billing discrepancies including tax errors.
• Calculate customer monthly bills and prepare usage reports.
• Track funding balances and billing periods of performance.
• Participate in post-award kickoff meetings.
• Administer cloud accounts including IAM setup and transfers.
• Maintain monthly billing files and collaboration sites.
• Review CSP accounts for proper setup and adjust as processes change.
• Complete annual ethics and security trainings as required.
