Job summary
Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Consulting Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver BI solutions including dashboards, analytics, and reports built on data warehouses and operational systems. You will work in a project team defining requirements, creating designs, building solutions, and supporting operations.
You will lead BI architecture, guide cloud-enabled reporting, and collaborate with business reps and technical leads to ensure consistent, standards-driven results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15+ years of IT/BI experience including data warehousing and analytics.
- 5+ years of cloud experience in large-scale reporting.
- Experience with HCA systems is a plus.
- Experience leading projects across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, build, deploy, and support BI solutions.
- Lead architecture for BI reporting across multiple service lines.
- Migrate legacy reports to modern BI environments.
- Develop data warehouse models for sourcing, loading, and transformation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and standards.
