The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $177,900 to $223,550 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a talented Cloud-Based Analytics Developerto join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize high-performance analytics solutions that process large-scale data in cloud environments. Working alongside software and systems engineers, you will build scalable applications, develop complex algorithms and database solutions, troubleshoot and enhance existing software, and help deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph

14+ years of professional Software Engineering (SWE) experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, complexity, and mission-critical requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. An additional four (4) years of relevant Software Engineering experience supporting similar software development processes may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following big data and analytics technologies:

• Apache Spark
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Python data analysis libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy

Experience developing scalable, high-performance analytics applications capable of processing large volumes of data in cloud or distributed computing environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design, develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions in a collaborative, Agile development environment.

Working Conditions:

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
