The Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on next-generation infrastructure. You will drive cloud modernization, AI-assisted operations, infrastructure automation, and resilient platform engineering initiatives, collaborating with a diverse team to advance our environment as technologies evolve.

You will design and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud, manage Windows and Linux servers, and build IaC and CI/CD pipelines to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of systems/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, networking, storage, HPE, Pure Storage.
• Familiarity with observability and AIOps concepts.
• Understanding of security best practices, IAM, and zero-trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.
• Engineer and support workloads across Azure, AWS, and hybrid multi-cloud environments.
• Develop cloud landing zones, governance, resource blueprints, tagging, and cost optimization.
• Build IaC solutions using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, or DSC.
• Implement CI/CD workflows for infrastructure provisioning and config management.
• Leverage AIOps to improve monitoring, incident detection, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.
• Design automation with Power Automate, Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Python.
• Participate in incident resolution, modernization programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
