Job summary

Tridium Cloud IT & Cybersecurity is seeking a Cloud Associate to administer and manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other Microsoft 365 services. The role focuses on secure, compliant device and user management across client environments.

The position requires hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, MDM/MAM policies, and Windows Autopilot, with strong scripting and reporting skills. On-site work is required initially, with potential for hybrid work after 90 days.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Associate to join our team, with a focus on administering and managing corporate devices using Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, and other Microsoft 365 services. This role is critical in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user and device management across our clients’ organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Configure and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for users and devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployments
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement best practices for identity and access management
• Maintain documentation for device management procedures and configurations
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of MDM/MAM policies, compliance settings, and conditional access
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
