Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a Cloud Architect to join our Converged Infrastructure team in Omaha, NE. You will design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with IT, security, engineering, and business stakeholders to migrate applications, establish standards, and guide teams on cloud-native technologies. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud-native application and infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on experience in security, compliance, and regulatory environments.
• On-call work including outside regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Use IaC to build reusable components and automation.
• Create blueprints and roadmaps for cloud-based systems.
• Oversee migration of applications to the cloud with minimal downtime.
• Conduct PoC trials for new cloud solutions.
• Architect secure environments with IAM, encryption, and compliance.
