As a Cloud Architect specializing in Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of complex migration projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, assess their current environment, and develop comprehensive migration strategies. Your expertise will ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Lead the planning, design, and execution of Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration projects.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing Google Workspace environments, including email, calendar, drive, and other services.
Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Design and configure Microsoft 365 environments to meet client requirements and best practices.
Configure and utilize migration tools and technologies (e.g., ShareGate, BitTitan, Cloudiway) to automate and streamline the migration process.
Manage the migration of user data, including emails, calendars, contacts, and files, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Configure and migrate Google Workspace services, such as Groups, Sites, and Vault, to equivalent Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint, eDiscovery).
Implement identity management and synchronization solutions (e.g., Azure AD Connect) to ensure seamless user authentication and access.
Design and implement coexistence strategies to minimize disruption during the migration process.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and client stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the migration process.
Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to end-users and IT staff.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies during the migration process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and migration best practices.
