Job summary

GTSC is seeking a Cloud Architect Consultant, Level 3, to manage and sustain AWS infrastructure at the Annapolis Junction, MD site. This on-site role requires active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a polygraph. Strong experience in AWS design patterns and CI/CD automation is needed.

Candidates should meet a range of education paths from high school to PhD with substantial IT/cloud experience. A robust benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years IT, 5 in Cloud.
• Master's degree plus 10 years IT experience.
• PhD plus 5 years IT experience.

Job Description

GTSC seeksaCloud Architect Consultant, Level 3.

Location:Annapolis Junction, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission: Management and sustainment of the AWS infrastructure.

Clearance:Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Certifications:None.

Requirements:

• Creation of configuration management automated systems through continuous integration/delivery technologies (e.g. creation of GITLAB runners).
  
• Management and sustainment of the AWS infrastructure.
  
• Creation of AWS design patterns through multiple integrated AWS services.
  

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty (20) years of IT experience.

OR

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of IT experience of which five (5) years must be in the Cloud environment.

OR

A Master's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of IT experience.

OR

• A PhD in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of IT experience
