Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC in Rosemead, CA seeks a Cloud Architect for a six-month engagement. The role requires 12+ years of experience and paying $75/hr.

You will develop multi-cloud strategy and work with application and data architects to design cloud-based solutions, selecting providers and services to meet customer objectives. Responsibilities include implementing robust cloud security, governance, migration of on-prem apps to the cloud, and designing IaC using Terraform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture or equivalent roles.
• Experience designing multi-cloud solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Proficient in cloud security, governance, and compliance benchmarks.
• Experience migrating apps from on-premises to the cloud and designing IaC with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-cloud strategy aligned with customer cloud vision and business goals.
• Design cloud-based solutions with appropriate providers and services.
• Implement cloud security measures and compliance standards.
• Plan and oversee migration of applications from on-prem to cloud.
• Create technical designs and Visio diagrams for architecture.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and high-availability strategies.

• Develop multi cloud strategy, aligning with customer cloud vision and business objectives.
• Work with Application and data architect to design solutions for cloud-based applications, which will include selection of appropriate cloud provider and cloud services.
• Implement robust cloud security measures and compliance standards to protect data and application in the cloud.
• Good understanding of security governance model and must have implementation knowledge on Security benchmarks (CIS, FedRamp etc. ) ,
• Plan and oversee the migration of Applications from on-premises to cloud, analyze the on-premises application architecture and design the best migration approach.
• Should have a good knowledge in designing Infrastructure as a code environment using terraform.
• Design and implementation of disaster recovery and high-availability solutions in cloud.
• Should have good experience in creating technical design documents and Visio architecture diagrams.
• Good understanding of emerging technologies in cloud and AI area.
• Experience in working in a multi cloud environment
• Understanding/Hands on experience in working with micro service based environment (Kubernetes).
• Understanding on Network and routing in Hybrid-Multi-Cloud environment
• Understanding/Hands-on on DevSecOps
