Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a Cloud Architect to design and deploy enterprise-scale cloud solutions in an Okemos, MI team. You will lead Azure-focused initiatives while applying AWS/GCP knowledge to broader transformations.

You will design, implement, and support cloud adoption projects, leveraging IaC and automation. Strong networking, security, APIs, and programming with Python, Java, or .NET are valued skills.

Qualifications

Job Summary (Cloud Architect Insurance Industry, Okemos, MI):

• Serve as a Cloud Architect responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• Lead cloud architecture initiatives primarily within Microsoft Azure, with additional experience in AWS and/or Google Cloud preferred.
• Design, implement, and support cloud adoption and large-scale transformation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to develop secure, scalable, and robust cloud solutions.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation tools/methodologies.
• Apply strong knowledge of networking, information security, APIs, and modern frameworks to solution design.
• Leverage programming experience in Python, Java, or .NET for cloud automation and integrations.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Work within a local team in Okemos, MI (remote may be considered); must be able to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship.
