Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a Cloud Application Software Development Engineer for the Foundry Automation - Government Programs team in a hybrid model. You will design, build, and test cloud-native apps and APIs, enforce security standards, and troubleshoot production systems.

Required are US citizenship and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance, plus 2+ years in Azure cloud solutions and 1+ year in architecting cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for government work.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance.
• Bachelor's in CS/EE/Math or STEM field.
• 2+ years building cloud solutions on Azure.
• 1+ year experience architecting and implementing cloud solutions.
• Experience with Azure databases and container tech (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and modern web stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test cloud-native apps and microservices.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services.
• Ensure security best practices across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize reliability.
• Create and execute manual and automated test plans.
