JOB SUMMARY: Multiple Openings!!!!

This role serves as the lead for all cloud infrastructure request. Request can be for on premise and cloud design builds. Work involves building and maintaining all cloud systems projects while also providing high level technical support. Resources to do the job require understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).

Job Roles And Responsibilities

Product Development (60%):

• Hands on Full stack development
• Develop POC (Proof of Concepts) work for business requirements
• Provides engineering consulting and recommendations for all new Cloud systems to ensure the interoperability and adherence to Multiplan technology standards and policies of all systems
• Serves as lead for cloud group projects as well as internal IT and business driven initiatives
• Builds, develops, and manages technical solutions on Cloud
• Defines and monitors multiple project priorities and provides technical and administrative supervision; ensures appropriate management is apprised of operational status of projects
• Provides appropriate cloud resources for business applications; performs capacity planning, workload modeling/prediction, and purchasing recommendations for new cloud solutions; provides business applications enough resources for their short-term and long-term growth
• Documents all projects deployed and ensures cross-training to team members is completed
  
  

Technical Support (40%):

• Experience provisioning, configuring and maintaining cloud computing services such as Azure and AWS
• Serves as local expert on Azure Active Directory and manages additions, changes or deletions to the tree structure and group policies as necessitated by the business environment
• Engineering, automating, and orchestrating system provisioning and maintenance processes using modern cloud tools and technologies
• Understanding the needs for new initiatives to build scalable, distributed and high-performance computing cloud-based platform solutions on Azure and AWS
• Collaborating with solutions architects
• Performing system administration tasks including configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support while innovating to automate as much as possible
• Installing configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and servers in public cloud environments
• Performing operating system and software application installation, patching, and upgrades
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• Provides a current, well-managed operating environment for production processing and application development
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by monitoring systems and submitted through the ticketing system of fully documented issues, actions taken, and steps for resolution
• Provides support on all systems to meet departmental Service Level Agreements
• Provides support for business continuity by ensuring daily backup schedules are completed and provides cloud or on-site support for annual disaster recovery test

• Experience with Java 8+, Javascript, Spring Boot, React JS.
• Experience with software engineering, scripting, automation and orchestration tools (PowerShell, Ansible, GitHub, Terraform, vRealize Automation)
• Experience supporting Microsoft technology, including, but not limited to: Windows Server and Client OS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, SQL, IIS, DNS, and DHCP

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140K -150k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
