Job summary

OpenArc - Empowering Your Career is seeking a Manager, Cloud Services and Infrastructure for a client organization. You will lead strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operations of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, centered on Microsoft Azure, M365, AD, Intune, and Exchange.

You will mentor a team, manage vendor relationships, and drive security, availability, and cost optimization across the firm. This role requires strong leadership, delivery mindset, and deep Azure expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud engineering.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in infrastructure.
• Strong Azure expertise: compute, storage, networking.
• Experience administering AD, M365, Exchange, Intune.
• Networking, virtualization, security, firewalls, SD-WAN.
• Proven project management, problem-solving, decision-making.
• MSP experience and working with external partners.
• Professionalism and strong communication.
• IT security and backup strategy knowledge.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti network solutions.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop cloud and infrastructure team members.
• Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operations of the Azure environment.
• Direct AD, M365, Intune, and Exchange administration and security.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and backups.
• Oversee network infra: Ubiquiti, Palo Alto firewalls, Versa SD-WAN, MSPs.
• Manage vendor partnerships, licensing, and technology investments.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with security, apps, and support teams to deliver reliable services.
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance policies, and access controls.
• Lead cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

You will lead the strategy, administration, and evolution of our cloud and infrastructure environment. You will oversee a modern technology ecosystem centered on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange, while guiding infrastructure modernization initiatives and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services across the firm. Responsibilities

• .Oversee network infrastructure operations, including Ubiquiti networking equipment, Palo Alto Prisma firewalls, Versa SD-WAN, and managed service provider relationships
• .Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, licensing, and technology investments related to infrastructure and cloud services
• .Partner with technology leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies
• .Collaborate with security, application development, and support teams to deliver reliable and secure technology services
• .Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, governance policies, and access management controls
• .Lead cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and enterprise technology deployment projects

Requirement

• s:Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or related technology function
• s.Leadership or supervisory experience within an infrastructure or cloud operations environmen
• t.Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security service
• s.Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune environment
• s.Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, cybersecurity principles, firewalls, SD-WAN technologies, and enterprise infrastructur
• e.Proven project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing operational requirements and long-term strategic goal
• s.Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and external technology partner
• s.Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and discretion when handling sensitive informatio
• n.Experience supporting a law firm or other professional services organization is highly desirabl
