Qualifications

• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.
• 2 years leading ML design and ML infrastructure optimization.

• Set and communicate team priorities aligning with organizational goals.
• Define expectations and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
• Develop mid-term technical vision and roadmap across multiple teams.
• Design and guide system architectures; write code to solve complex problems.
• Lead ML design, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide data processing strategies.
