Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analytics and modeling, strategic planning, or risk modeling.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and at least one of Python or Databricks.
• Strong presentation development skills in PowerPoint and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global and local rate optimization program and portfolio management for public cloud and AI infrastructure.
• Own the rate optimization portfolio for compute and database savings plans and resource reservations.
• Lead cross-account sharing for AI workloads and optimize GPU capacity.
• Develop unit-cost studies, benchmarks, and best-practice insights across hybrid infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of rate optimization and financial logic changes.
• Track commitment coverage, utilization, and opportunities, recommending actions.
• Analyze month-end results and produce executive-ready insights.
• Forecast portfolio performance with scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Build business cases and financial models to evaluate pricing decisions.
• Prepare executive presentations on cloud and AI spend and benefits realization.
