Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a full-time clothing associate to support donation sorting and on-floor operations. You will sort donations, separate high-value items, and maintain organized bins to keep the sales floor stocked and compliant with safety procedures.

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move bins of clothing.
• Strong attention to detail when sorting items for quality and value.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated clothing to meet quality standards.
• Identify higher-value items for special handling.
• Organize items into sellable and unsellable bins.
• Track daily production counts and maintain records.
• Hang and group clothing using color rotation system.
• Stock or remove clothing from the sales floor as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with procedures.
• Support other roles as needed (donation processor, hanger, cashier).
• Report theft, safety, or security concerns to management.
