Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Clothing Sorter/Inspector to join our retail team. You will sort clothing with a focus on quality, tag items, and help maintain a fast-paced, organized shop floor.

The role is on-site, with possible weekend shifts; education of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and production experience is a plus. Benefits include Paid Time Off and more.

Qualifications

• Sorting clothing with an eye for quality and defect detection.
• Hanging and tagging clothing while staying focused and efficient.
• Maintaining a safe, neat work environment.
• Cross-training in cash register and donation processing.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Production or similar preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sort clothing and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Hang and tag clothing, staying focused to avoid distractions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and efficient workflow.
• Assist with cross-training in receiving and stocking donations.
• Assist at registers as needed and help with pricing/donations.
