Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring for a clothing sorter role in the Fletcher area. You will sort and quality-check donations, hang and tag items, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting production goals.

Experience in production is preferred, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is recommended.Stores operate with evening and weekend hours; pay starts at $15.00 per hour and includes full benefits as described.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort clothing with attention to quality and identify items not meeting quality standards.
• Hang and tag clothing, maintain focus and speed to work efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and neat work environment; pride in organized area.
• Cross-train in Cash Register, Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; may lift up to 50 pounds and frequently 10–35 pounds.
