Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking individuals to inspect and prepare clothing donations for display. Responsibilities include sorting by quality, hanging and tagging items, and maintaining a clean workspace.

The role may involve cross-training in cashiering and receiving, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sorting clothing; must consistently identify defects and uphold quality standards.
• Hanging and tagging clothing with focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, neat work environment and take pride in area organization.
• Cross-training may occur in Cash Register, Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
