Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter in Rogers, MN to manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the Sales Floor and in Receiving.

The role emphasizes accurate use of the inventory system, adherence to merchandising standards, and strong customer service to enhance guest experience. Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and backroom organization is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No minimum years of experience.
• No certificates or licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel shipments at receipt following Visual Merchandising & MPS standards and using the inventory system.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards and inventory system.
• Stay informed on advertised sales to assist with backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%
• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%
• Unloads trucks as needed. 10%
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work.

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.75
