Bass Pro Shops in Tampa, FL is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to handle merchandise from receipt to stocking on the sales floor. You will process apparel, replenish stock, and support backroom organization while following Visual Merchandising standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can operate the inventory system, plan-o-grams, and POS devices. You will deliver friendly customer service and work with management and teammates daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices and POS register system.
• Ability to process and organize information including plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards using the inventory system.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
